• Only one account is permitted per person.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.

Minimum Age Requirement for Registration and Gaming on Jwin 18 years. Use of Jwin by minors is strictly prohibited. Jwin may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

Residents of countries where online gaming and betting are legally prohibited may not use Jwin. By registering on Jwin, users confirm that online gaming is legal in their country and that they are eligible to participate.

• If an underage registration is identified, all balances and winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jwin:

• Participating in money laundering or any fraudulent financial activity.

Jwin reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities.

Users may request to close their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before closure; however, any bonuses with unmet conditions will be forfeited.
